Make a Claim

We have recently made a change to our claims procedure. You no longer need to submit your claims within 90 days of treatment. There is no time limit to submitting a claim for your pet.

Subject to receiving all of the necessary documentation, your claim will be processed without delay and payment will be made either by cheque or transferred directly into your nominated account.

Claiming by Post

You can lodge a claim by post in 3 easy steps.

  • Prepare your claim documents

    Download a claim form from our website or call us on 1800 424 917 to obtain a claim form. Fill in your and your pet’s personal information and sign the insurance claim form.

  • Visit your veterinarian

    Take the claim form to your veterinarian, and have your veterinarian complete the necessary sections and attach the itemised invoices and receipts and a copy of your pet's medical history. Ensure your veterinarian includes his/her practice details on the attached invoice.

  • Lodge your claim

    Attach the original detailed itemised invoices to the completed claim form and mail it to us at:
